A Note From Grandma

I know usually you expect to see my notes at the bottom of my recipes but this one is a very special one and more will follow. My husbands aunt Connie was a very special person in her families lives, and her daughter has some of her treasured recipes that she has graciously given me permission to share with you all. So in memory of Connie Arnold here is the first of her recipes.

Grandma

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg of pistachio pudding mix
1 6oz pkg choc chips
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup creme de menthe (green)
1/2 cup club soda
4 eggs

Method

1. Mix all of the ingredients together
2. Pour them into a tube pan
3. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
