Deviled Eggs

This easy deviled eggs recipe is perfect for party food. Deviled eggs are served as a side dish, appetizer of a main course.
8 Hard-boiled Eggs
1-2 Small Tins of Anchovy Fillets
1 Dessertspoon Capers
6 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
French Mustard
Black Pepper
Lettuce Leaves
Method
1. Halve the eggs length ways and mash the yolks.
2. Pound them into a paste with the remaining ingredients.
3. Arrange the egg whites on lettuce leaves and pope the yolk mixture into the cavities.
